Auf meiner Zugfahrt von Kyoto in Richtung Hiroshima habe ich einen Zwischenstopp in Himeji eingelegt. Die Stadt ist der Sitz von Himeji Castle, Japans eindrücklichstes Schloss ganz in Weiss. Himeji-jo wurde 1580 vom Herrscher Toyotomi Hideyoshi erbaut.
